Dean Pannell’s Work in Floral Design and Events
Pannell operated Pannell Designs & Events, a business that became part of the local commercial community in Georgia. The City of Bogart’s business directory lists the company and identifies Dean Pannell by name.
His work extended beyond individual floral arrangements. A 2025 community announcement from Walton Electric Membership Corporation featured Pannell as a Georgia master florist and business owner who took part in holiday programs focused on seasonal decorating.
The announcement described him as a presenter at events designed to share ideas for decorating homes and preparing for the holiday season. His involvement brought his professional experience into a community setting, allowing attendees to learn from his work.
These public records offer a glimpse into Pannell’s professional life, although a complete account of his career and personal history has not been made available in the obituary listing reviewed.

The tribute attributed to Pannell Designs & Events expressed the team’s sadness over Pannell’s reported passing. Its message acknowledged that he would be missed by people associated with the business.
The announcement also conveyed the importance of the relationships surrounding the company, including connections with colleagues and customers. For a business built around personal occasions, celebrations and visual presentation, those relationships can become an important part of its daily work.

Further details about Pannell’s exact responsibilities within the business, his years of experience and his personal relationships have not been fully documented in the material reviewed.
A Familiar Presence in Georgia’s Holiday Events
Pannell’s work was not limited to his own business. His participation in Walton EMC’s holiday programs placed him among local professionals invited to share decorating knowledge with community audiences.
Floral design and seasonal decoration often involve more than arranging flowers or selecting ornaments. They can help shape weddings, family celebrations, business events and community gatherings, giving customers a way to mark significant moments.
Pannell’s documented involvement in public decorating programs illustrates how his professional skills were shared beyond the day-to-day operation of Pannell Designs & Events.
